The loyalty program "Levi's® Red Tab™”(hereinafter the “Loyalty Program”) is available online and through the Levi's® mobile App (the “App”) in selected countries and it is managed by Levi Strauss & Co. Europe BV, with offices at Airport Plaza – Rio Building, Leonardo Da Vincilaan 19, 1831 DIEGEM, BELGIUM (hereinafter “Levi´s®”). If the program is available in your country, you can become a member by downloading our App, creating an account in our Levi’s® stores or online on Levi.com. By creating an account on Levi.com, you will be automatically enrolled. If you do not want to become member of the Loyalty Program, we invite you to purchase as a guest. Please note that only users who are at least 16 years of age or older may register for the Loyalty Program.
Under the Loyalty Program you can earn and burn coins. Only Levi's® customers enrolled in the Loyalty Program will be able to earn and burn coins. You receive 501 coins when you first enroll. You can earn coins by shopping in countries where the Loyalty Program is available online, in our App and in our participating Levi’s® Stores. There is no maximum number of coins you can earn by purchasing online, in the App or in our participating Levi’s® Stores. For every euro you spent, you earn 10 coins. Coins are added to your coin balance once your order has been shipped and the next day after your purchase in store. Unused coins will expire one year after you earn these coins. You can exchange your coins for discount vouchers that can be used online or in the App, simply by selecting the discount voucher at checkout on Levi.com, in store or by redeeming vouchers in the Red Tab™ section of the App, under “Spend coins”. Coins can be spent on our Website, on our App or in store but only in your country of enrollment. Vouchers can be combined with some promotions under specific conditions. Each voucher is valid for one single transaction and can be used for purchases equal to or greater than the voucher value (e.g. a £5 voucher can be used on a £5 spend). Members can redeem a maximum of one voucher per day. No additional minimum spend is required. Please reference the table below to check the number of coins and its corresponding voucher value:

Further benefits for members resulting from the Loyalty Program include early access to sales, events and promotions. If you sign up for Levi’s® Red Tab™ marketing communications; you can get the most out of the Program by keeping yourself up to date. We will also send you a special birthday gift if you complete your profile, including your birth date, in your Levi’s® Red Tab™ account online or in the App. There are further benefits resulting from the Loyalty Program which are exclusive to members who have the App, and which may depend on your country of enrollment. If you return a purchase, the coins that equal the returned order value will be deducted from your coin balance when your return is received by Levi’s®. If you used a discount voucher, your discount voucher will be refunded in coins and added to your coin balance. In case you wish to exchange a product, the coins will initially be added back to your coin balance until we have validated that we can process your exchange request. Once this is confirmed and we can process your exchange request, the coins will be deducted from your coin balance again.
Please kindly note that Levi's® reserves the right at any time to modify or even terminate the Loyalty Program, its terms and conditions as well as the App and its configuration, without prior notice. If changes occur in the future, the corresponding update will be published for your information. However, we recommend that you periodically review our Website or App to keep you informed of any changes that may affect you.ㅤ

Each Loyalty Account is personal to the individual who registers it and is not transferable. Members may hold and use one Loyalty Account only. The creation or use of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If we determine that a Member has created or is operating more than one Loyalty account, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and to cancel any related orders, accumulated coins, rewards, or benefits without prior notice.
APP REQUIREMENTS OF USE
The App is available for Smartphone and Tablet with the operating systems Android OS and Apple IOS, available through the Apple App Store and the Google store Google Play. Use of the App, therefore, is subject to the additional terms and conditions and privacy policies of Apple and Google. It is your responsibility to read and comply with these additional terms and conditions and policies.
To use the App, it is necessary to have an Internet connection. The availability and quality of the service may vary depending on several factors, such as the type of device being used, the geographic location, the available bandwidth, and/or the speed of the Internet connection. You should ensure that the systems and infrastructures are adequate for the correct use of the App, as well as its configuration.
