Runs extremely small

Ordered three pairs of Levi’s shorts for an upcoming holiday, all three purchased are in the same size as every single pair of Levi’s jeans I own, however all seem to be extremely small in comparison! These are ridiculously small - to the point where i can hardly breathe whilst STANDING in them let alone trying to sit! disappointing - Now I will have to do some emergency shorts shopping
