I recently lost a lot of weight and the 314s are perfect for me. I am 5'4" and 130 lbs and the 28x28 or even 28x30 are perfect for me. The rise works well and most from elsewhere are too high waisted for me. While they fit close in the thighs they are not too tight and stretch a little, but again, not like others. I have white, black, light and dark blue. I'm covered!

After losing a lot of weight the best fitting jeans for me are Levi. I love the fit, and at 6’ tall, I need a 34” inseam.

I love these jeans. They are flattering without feeling too tight. There is plenty of stretch in them and the colour is great.

I hadn't noticed that these are "shaping" jeans, but fortunately it's not a heavy layer and doesn't bother me. I found the size chart was right on--they fit fine. The only issue I might mention is the strong odour of the dye used--it's still not a bit noticeable after a wash and line dry in the sun and wind.
