LEVI'S X NIKE - EVENT: GENERAL CONDITIONS

Levi Strauss Continental, 108 rue La Boétie, 75008 France ("Organizer").

The event is open to anyone visiting the participating store, excluding employees of the Organizer and associated partners and participating stores, their immediate families, associated companies, agents, and anyone associated with the event, directly or indirectly.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. In addition, the Organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants and/or usernames that are indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, or that illustrate or encourage illegal activities. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify, exclude from the event, and take any other appropriate action, any entrant or winner who, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, has breached any of the terms and conditions set out herein or interferes with the entry process.

• Access to the customization booth is reserved for people who have previously purchased a piece from the Levi's® x Nike collaboration."By "piece" we mean an item of clothing (jacket or jeans) or a pair of Levi's® x Nike Air Max sneakers 95.La participation in the customization booth is strictly personal.
• These benefits are offered while stocks last and cannot be recognized, exchanged or refunded.

Other activities will be offered during this event to launch the Levi's® x Nike collaboration. They will be accessible to anyone who comes to the participating store. These benefits are offered while stocks last and cannot be redeemed for any consideration, exchange or refund.

• If, due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, it is necessary to suspend, modify or cancel the event, the organizer reserves the right to do so and will inform the participants at the event location, within the participating stores.
• In the event of fraud, abuse and/or error affecting the smooth running of the event, including the awarding of a greater number of prizes than available, the organizer reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service, to modify the general conditions and to declare the notification of the participant(s) null and void.
• No liability will be accepted for any loss, damage or claim arising directly or indirectly from the prizes awarded in connection with this event.

1. Any personal data provided by a participant will only be used for the administration of the event, as set out in these terms and conditions, and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties. Participants have a right of access to any computer file containing their personal data and a right to have this data corrected or deleted.

2. The event is governed by French legislation. Any claim and/or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of France, without prejudice to the right of any participant to bring or defend a claim in the jurisdiction where he/she resides.
