Promoter

Levi Strauss Continental, 106-108, rue de la Boétie, 75008, Paris, France (the "Promoter") is organizing this promotional contest.

The Promoter is one of the European entities of the Levi’s® company.

Participation

1. Free contest with no purchase necessary.

2. Contest entries will be accepted beginning on December 18, 2021 at 10:00 am CET and end on January 9, 2022 at 12:00 am CET.

3. The contest is open to any natural person except the employees of the Promoter or the Levi's® company in general as well as the employees of Levi's® stores, their immediate families, the companies associated with them, their agents, and anyone who is directly or indirectly associated with the contest.

4. The participant must be of legal age. (Option: ”However, minors may participate if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when receiving his or her prize”)

How to participate & participation requirements

1. To try to win the prize offered, participants can:

- scan the QR code available in all participating Levi's® stores* in France using a smartphone camera to access the entry form. This form must be completed in order to have a chance to win the drawing; and

- complete the entry form that participants receive on their mobile phones.

2. Participants must complete all the required fields on the entry form. Any incomplete form may be disqualified from the drawing. Throughout the contest, participants may enter once per day, thus increasing their chances of winning.

3. The winners will be chosen from among the validly registered participants during a drawing carried out impartially under the supervision of an officer of the court. In the event a participant’s name is drawn a second time, it will be disregarded and another winner who has not won yet will be drawn.

4. Participants have the possibility of doubling their chances to win by entering their Levi's® loyalty program member number in the field provided on the entry form for this purpose, thus increasing their maximum number of entries to two per day (participation once per day but with two chances). Participants who do not have an assigned number can sign up to join the Levi’s® Loyalty Program to double their chances.

5. By participating in the contest, participants confirm that all the information they have entered is true, correct, and complete.

6. By participating in the contest, participants allow their name and image to be used by Levi's® and authorize Levi's® to use their names and image in all media associated with the contest, including any websites and social networks. Their name and image will also be used to announce the winners and for any promotions or marketing in connection with the competition for a period of two (2) years and for a period of ten (10) years for the promotor’s exclusive internal use.

7. By participating in the contest, participants agree that due to the nature of the Internet, their names and images may be copied and posted on other websites for which neither the Promoter nor its associates are liable.

8. . The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject participants who do not meet the participation requirements and/or who have submitted information on the form that would be considered immoral, indecent, defamatory, discriminating, offensive, infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, or representing or encouraging illegal activities. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the contest any participant or winner who has violated the terms and conditions set out in this document (the “Terms and Conditions”) or has interfered with the participation process.

Prizes

1. Ten (10) winners will be selected from all the contest’s participants.

2. Each winner will receive one (1) of ten (10) numbered prizes, consisting of one (1) pair of Levi's® 501® jeans associated with a digital token called an NFT (non-fungible token) which provides a "lifetime” guarantee for a maximum period of 105 years under the specific terms set out in the terms and conditions of this guarantee, which are provided to the winners along with the NFT (hereinafter referred to as the "Lifetime Guarantee”). No cash or other reward is provided. The Promoter reserves the right to swap the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

3. Each participant will be able to choose the size and color of the Levi’s® 501® jeans they will receive, depending on the offer and stock availability Note that the 501® jeans model may not be available in certain specific sizes.

4. The NFT providing the "Lifetime" Guarantee will enable the ten (10) winners to benefit from repair services, alterations, resizing, or an exchange if the jeans cannot be repaired due to excessive wear (hereinafter referred to as the "Services offered").

5. The winners selected in the drawing, which will take place between January 9, 2022 and January 13, 2022 will be notified by email and/or SMS between January 14 and January 17, 2022. The Promoter will take the necessary measures to contact the winners. However, if a winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize at its sole discretion. The winners must confirm their desire to collect the prize 48 hours after receiving the email and/or SMS from the drawing.

6. The winners are responsible for following the instructions for accessing their NFT, including the creation of a "digital wallet" and its link to the "Opensea" platform in order to have the NFT transferred.

7. Only this NFT, along with the physical possession of the associated jeans, can guarantee access to the Services offered. No monetary deposit, investment, or transaction will be required from the winners in order to access their NFT. Levi's® will cover all possible costs associated with opening the "digital wallet" and transferring the NFT to this wallet.

Promoter’s Rights

1. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the contest by informing participants via a notification on Levi.com or any other media used by Levi’s® or its associated partners.

2. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or errors affecting the running of the contest, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the competition, modify the Terms and Conditions, and nullify the notification of the winners.

3. The Promoter disclaims all liability in the event that participants are unable to participate in the contest or their participation is not taken into account due to an error or technical problem.

4. The Promoter disclaims all liability for any loss or damage caused to the winners resulting directly or indirectly from the prizes received at the end of the contest.

General

1. Any personal information received from any participant will only be used to conduct this competition and select the winners as specified in these Terms and Conditions, to the extent that the use of such data is necessary to execute the contract entered into with the participants upon their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is responsible for this processing. This personal information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be sold or passed on to third parties unless the participants choose to subscribe to marketing communications. Participants have the right to access their personal information and have the right to request that this information be modified or deleted. They also have the right of restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of their personal information, and the right to data portability. 2. The contest is subject to French law. Any claim and/or dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris without prejudice to any participant’s right to bring or defend their claim in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides.
