Great mid rise jean! Super soft, flattering wide leg that doesn't add volume. I'm short waisted and hate the look and feel of a high rise jean, happy to find this mid rise. Ordered a second pair in in 30 L so I can wear with flats, the other pair is 32L to wear with heels. Runs slightly large.

Flattering jeans that for once aren't high waisted

These are super flattering jeans. They cling properly at the waist (no gaping), hips and bottom, which is essential for wide leg jeans so they don't make you look dumpy. Just the right amount of stretch to be very comfy (I'd happily wear on a long plane journey) and to ensure the lovely fit at the top. Also love that they aren't high waisted! Most wide leg jeans are but as a child of the 90s hipster jeans I can't bear the feeling of high waisted jeans. These are high enough to keep everything in place but not so high I can’t breath. Just perfect.

These are the most flattering jeans I've ever had. They cling properly at the waist (no gaping), hips and bottom, which is essential for wide leg jeans so they don't make you look dumpy. Not as much stretch as in the dark blue pair (which the site does say) so I had to size up from 27W which fit in the dark pair, to 28W. But sufficient stretch to be super comfy (I'd happily wear on a long plane journey) and to ensure the lovely fit at the top.

I am 5'10 and normally wear a 31, this jean is true to size as I purchased a 31. The 34 inch long works well for me. I am considered curvy since I have wide hips and these fit great. Closer to a high waist than a mid-waist, I think, which I also like.
