I ordered this in a Medium (I'm a 34DDD, 5'6" and 127lbs) and it fit perfectly. I love the material, it is soft and easy to wear. I did try a couple of the colors, white, blue/jean, green stripe. For whatever reason the green stripe fit totally different than the white and jean shirts, it was longer and the chest area was much tighter, I wound up returning the green stripe.

[Employee of levis] I sized up for a baggier fit (usually wear M, and bought an XL) it's great - super comfortable. Bonus: fabric got even soft after washing. Just needs a little ironing.
