Shipping and Handling Information
Due to health safety measures we’ve put in place to protect our employees, Levi.com orders may be subject to shipping delays. We’re grateful for your patience. Visit our Order Status Page to track your order.
We ship orders to any U.S. or APO/FPO address. We cannot ship internationally or to U.S. territories from our U.S. site. You can still shop online by locating your country-specific Levi’s® site here. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a post office box may only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Ground delivery and cannot be expedited.

*Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.
Gift wrapped orders may require an additional business day to process. Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a post office box may only be shipped via Ground and cannot be expedited. Customization orders may require 3-5 additional business days to process and are not returnable.
We want you to get your items ASAP so we may send your items in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple packages, your card will be charged per package as each package ships. Your order total will stay the same.
U.S. Levi.com orders cannot be shipped internationally, but Levi’s® offers online shopping options in several countries worldwide. Please visit http://global.levi.com/ or click the flag at the top right of Levi.com to change countries. Please note that not all countries on the page have shopping options but may have sites containing information about Levi’s® products. U.S. Levi.com orders can be shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Levi’s® doesn’t currently ship to U.S. territories, international re-shippers, or businesses that forward packages to international addresses. Purchases on the U.S. Levi.com site can be made with a U.S. affiliated credit or debit cards of any billing address, as long as the order ships to a valid U.S. address. We have the right to cancel orders which are in violation of this policy.
Shipping Address Change
Please customer service immediately at 1.800.872.5384 for help with adding or removing items to your order, changing the ship to address, or changing the shipping method up to one hour after the order is placed. For Afterpay orders, items can be canceled from your order up to one hour after the order is placed; however, items cannot be added to your order and shipping method cannot be modified.
