I love this jacket! I was super in between sizes, but decided to go with my normal size (S) and it fits great. The quality is amazing and it kept me pretty warm throughout the day. It looks great with my outfit too. This is definitely a new staple piece in my closet and I’ll be wearing it quite often. Very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Nice coat but sizing and color is very inaccurate

The coat itself is very heavy and warm! It’s well made, good stitching. Was surprised by the weight of the jacket when I picked it up. The snaps are also very awkward to close the coat on stiff denim material, looks nice but the functionality isn’t great. But here is where the problems start:
The sizing is way off though as well as the color on the website, which is unfortunate. I am 5’7 and 140lbs and a female and the small feels too small for me if I were to wear a heavy sweater under it despite their size chart saying this is what I needed along with two different people from phone customer service.
The male model is 6’1 online and wearing a medium, why would I need that size?
A store associate did tell me that they have a lot of issues with color variation, again unfortunate. Per Levi return policy you can only exchange size not color so I was not allowed to even get a coat in a color I would have been happy with even though once again their color chart was off. I drove all the way to an outlet store (one hour away) which doesn’t carry premium to try on the medium which fit me fine, did the online exchange and the medium I was sent is huge. The photos show me in the small with a thin shirt under it, probably should have just kept the small.
Again was told premium runs smaller than standard and that the Sherpa is thicker so sizing up would be fine. Didn’t hold true when the premium medium showed up.
The coat itself is nice but the entire experience and horrible exchange policy made me hesitant to deal with Levi again.
