TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The competition starts on 4th November 2025 at 00:01 and ends on 14th December 2025 at 23:59.

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the promoter and associated partners and of the participating stores, their immediate families, their associated companies, their agents and anyone associated with the competition either directly or indirectly.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry into this competition.

• The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Poland & Denmark.
• The number of eligible opportunities to sign up shall be one time per consumer. Any further account registrations will not be taken into consideration.  
• Participants must enter the competition through Levi’s® Red Tab™ online, via the app or in store. Participants must correctly answer one question to enter the competition.
• By entering the competition, the participants confirm that all entry details submitted are true, accurate and complete.
• The promoter is not liable for any incident or accident which may occur to the winner during the trip.

Each prize consists of a trip for the winner and one guest to Tromsø, Norway.

The prize includes:

- Return standard flights from anywhere in Europe to Tromsø, Norway

- Private return airport transfers in Tromsø

- 3 nights’ accommodation at the 4* boutique The Dock 69 39 By Scandic (or similar), including breakfast each morning

- Private evening Northern Lights photography tour, chasing the Aurora with a pro guide

- 13,870 NOK dinner allowance throughout your trip

-Snowmobiling adventure through the beautiful fjord landscape

-17,875 NOK spending money for your trip

All expenses outside of the above inclusions are the responsibility of the winner.

• The winner and their plus one must be 18 years and above. 
• The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be substituted for the prizes on offer. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Levi's reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Participants will need to accurately respond to a question in order to enter. The winners will then be selected by a draw and will be notified via Email by the 20th December 2025.The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner, however, if the winner cannot be contacted the promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to the runner up.  
• By entering, participants agree that their email address may be shared with Søster Agency for the purpose of administering the prize draw. The winner will be contacted by Søster Agency via the email address provided with details on how to claim the prize, and Søster Agency will liaise directly with the winner to arrange all travel-related aspects of the prize.
• No cash or alternatives are available.  The promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
• The winners will be notified via email to their/his/her private email address provided during the registration phase (“Notification email”). Participants who are not winners will not be notified. 
• Winners must reply via email to the notification email within a maximum period of 24 hours , as of the date they receive the Notification email. If winners do not respond within that timeframe, Levi’s reserves the right to assign the prize to a different person and the winner who has not responded within such timeframe shall have no claim towards Levi’s or right over the prize. 
• Travel must be completed within 12 months of the winner first being contacted.
• The winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice ahead of the preferred departure date.
• Travel cannot be taken during the following dates: - 20th December – 2nd January 2025 and 2026 - 3rd-6th April 2026 (Easter) - During any official public holidays in the home country of the winner, or in Norway."

All elements of the prize are subject to availability at the time of travel. If unavailable, a suitable alternative of equal value will be sourced.

The winner and guest must hold valid passports and meet any visa or entry requirements for Norway. Any visas required will be the responsibility of the winner to obtain.

Travel insurance is not included but is highly recommended and is the responsibility of the winner to obtain.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

The promoter is not liable for any issues arising from the winner’s failure to meet any activity supplier terms and conditions.

A credit card with a reasonable spend limit may be required upon hotel check-in, to cover any incidentals or excess charges."

1. The promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
2. If due to circumstances outside the promoter's control, if it is necessary to suspend, amend, or cancel the competition, the promoter reserves the right to do so and will inform participants by putting up a notice on levi.com or the Levi’s app.  
3. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/ or an error affecting the proper operation of the trip, the promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the event; amend the Terms and Conditions; and declare void the notification of the winner(s).
4. No liability is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, requests or other documents related to the competition that are incorrectly completed, are lost, damaged or delayed for any reason whatsoever. The promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the sites or to participate in the competition, or if their entry is lost, due to any error, problem, technical or otherwise connected with the web connection.
5. The participants agree not to use any "deep-link", "robot", or other automatic or manual device, software, program, code, algorithm or methodology, to access, modify, copy or monitor any portion of the Site, or in any way reproduce, change or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, or information through any means not purposely made available by the promoter through the Site. The promoter reserves the right to take measures to prevent any such activity and to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant has engaged in any such practices.

The promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the event and for no other purpose. Your personal details will always be kept confidential.  Any personal information received from any participant will only be used for administering the competition as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will not be sold or provided to third parties. Participants have a right of access to any computer files containing any of their personal data and a right to have such data corrected or deleted.

The competition will be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any claims and/or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom without prejudice to any right of any participant to bring or defend a claim in the jurisdiction in which (s)he resides.
