I bought the Levi’s Stem Flare jeans and I absolutely love them. Super elegant with a wide-leg fit. I had them tailored by Heim, and now they fit perfectly. Wore them with heels and they looked beautiful—effortless

Received the wrong pants, ignored by Levi's CS

The pants might be lovely, but I'll never know because Levi's sent me the wrong order and isn't helping fix the issue. I couldn't be more unhappy with the customer service. I've messaged them many times about not receiving the items I paid for. I received one unhelpful reply and nothing else since. Beware.
