I prefer the fit of the cropped 501's because they're slightly higher waist. If anyone is wondering the difference between these and the original cropped, these are more of a tapered fit/mom jean style, whereas the 501 original cropped are slightly looser and more of a straight leg style. Though the difference is minimal. These run smaller too, but I still sized down because I find Levis tend to stretch over time.
