By participating on this Competition, Participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions specified hereunder (“Competition Rules”).

DURATION
The Competition starts at 00:01 01 (CEST) on Monday 9 September 2024 and continues until 23:59 (CEST) on Sunday 22 September 2024.
The panel of judges who will be selecting entries for both parts will meet on 30 October 2024.
ENTRANTS
Individuals over 18 years of age.
Excluded from participation are underage individuals, legal persons, board directors, partners, employees and collaborators of the Promoter and anyone who participated directly or indirectly in the organization and management of the Competition.
COMPETITION COMMUNICATION METHOD
During the Competition period specified in the DURATION section, the Competition entry page can be accessed using the QR code, which will be communicated to the public via advertising material available in Levi’s stores. The rules will be available on the Competition entry page.
ENTRY PROCEDURE
To enter the Competition, access the entry page via the QR Code provided in the information communicated regarding the initiative.
The Participant within the term specified under the heading DURATION must:
Access the dedicated Competition website www.xprssursty.com.
Enter all data requested on the registration form:
Name
Surname
Date of birth
Telephone number
E-mail address
Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Agree to the competition rules.
After completing the registration form, Participants can click “ENTER NOW” and they will be directed to Part 1: “COMPLETE THE PHRASE” page and can then also enter Part 2: “UPLOAD A PHOTO OF YOUR LEVI'S® OUTFIT”.
Each entrant may enter the Competition only once for each part. The system will block more than one entry from the same entrant and the same part of the Competition.
No purchase is required to enter the Competition.
QUALIFYING TERMS 1 “COMPLETE THE PHRASE”
To enter Part 1 of the Competition, entrants must complete the phrase “I feel ready to get back at it when I wear ______________” with no more than 300 characters, in an authentic and original way.
Entries will be rejected where phrases include content which is unrelated to the specified topic, harms the image or reputation of others, offends public morality or infringes the rights of others, is biased, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, outrages public decency, or breaches existing legislation including privacy laws.
The 12 phrases selected by the panel of judges will each receive the prize called Levi's Total Look for 12 months (see prize details in the PRIZES AND PRIZE MONEY section).
Entries deemed unsuitable under the indisputable judgement of the Promoter, or which do not comply with the aforementioned instructions, will be rejected.
If any winning entries that were accepted initially are to be disqualified for any reason, the subsequent entries in ranked order will be awarded the prizes.
QUALIFYING TERMS 2 “UPLOAD A PHOTO OF YOUR LEVI’S OUTFIT”
To enter Part 2 of the Competition, entrants must visit a Levi's store, put on at least one Levi's garment among those available, take a selfie or have a photo taken, and upload it to the relevant section on the Competition page.
The 30 photos selected by the panel of judges will each be awarded a Levi's gift card worth €150.00 (or equivalent in local currency).
The 30 photographs that will be selected by the jury as they are considered the most authentic, original and current among those received for participation in the competition, will each be awarded a Levi's Gift Card worth € 150.00 (or equivalent in local currency) each.
Note that:
Any photographs used to take part in the Competition must be original, unedited, belong exclusively to Competition entrants, and be free from third-party copyright and user rights.
Entrants must be photographed wearing at least one Levi's garment.
Nobody other than the entrant must appear in the photograph.
Photographs may be in colour or in black and white, in portrait or landscape orientation.
Photographs of Competition entrants must be in one of the following formats: png, jpg, jpeg or HEIC and HEIF (Apple formats). The photograph must be no larger than 10 MB.
Photographs with any type of recognisable logo, signature, watermark or symbol will not be accepted. Photomontage is not permitted and would result in disqualification.
Only photos taken inside a Levi's Store will be considered valid; photos taken outside of a Levi's store are prohibited.
With regard to photographs submitted to enter the Competition, entrants must agree to these rules and the constituent clauses, and on being declared the winner must explicitly confirm the following or forfeit entitlement to the prize:
being the sole owner of the uploaded photograph and owning full copyright;
that the uploaded photograph does not contain material covered by third-party copyright or other third-party proprietary rights (including privacy or publication rights), or if this is not the case, that any licences, authorisations, sanctions or permits from legitimate owners, required for establishing the aforementioned copyright, have been obtained;
that any future request for payment regarding the production/use of the photograph by the Promoter is waived;
Photographs shall only be deemed suitable as a competition entry once checked for consistency with the requirements by the Promoter or a representative. This procedure ensures that photographs which do not meet the Promoter’s requirements or which breach the brand’s values, as per the following criteria, are rejected:
clearly in breach of legislation;
uninteresting or meaningless, with content that is not consistent with the topic or is unidentifiable and of ambiguous/little interest with respect to the subject of the initiative;
is in poor taste with content that is vulgar, obscene or offends public decency;
with content that is discriminatory against any ethnic/religious group and/or nationality, or offends the sensitivity of others;
with content that is violent, pornographic or of a sexual nature;
with content that has inappropriate references to illegal substances:
with content that is controversial, offensive, illegal or prohibited in accordance with any legislation;
with content that has references to any kind of maltreatment of animals;
with content inciting hatred or violence;
with content that has any type of false, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information;
with content that requests or hints at payment;
with content that breaches third-party rights in any way, including copyright, intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
Entries judged as non-compliant with the above, inconsistent with the photograph requirements, or not showing Levi's garments, will be rejected under the indisputable judgement of the Promoter.
EXPERT PANEL OF JUDGES
The panel of judges will choose the phrases and photographs that are the most original, creative and relevant to the topic outlined in the descriptions for the two parts of the Competition.
The panel of judges will be made up of internal personnel from the Promoter's company and external parties with expertise in the marketing, photography, communications and fashion industries.
The panel of judges will have at least 3 members and will meet in the presence of a consumer representative, who safeguards public confidence, from the Chamber of Commerce, or a Notary, in accordance with the timescales stated in the DURATION section.
The panel of judges will decide the following:
PART 1: a ranking of the 24 best phrases, with the first 12 awarded the prizes specified in the PRIZES & PRIZE MONEY section. The next 12 will be held as reserve entries in the event that a winning entry already announced becomes void.
PART 2: a ranking of the 60 best photographs, with the first 30 awarded the prizes specified in the PRIZES & PRIZE MONEY section. The next 30 will be held as reserve entries in the event that a winning entry already announced becomes void.
Reserve winners will be contacted in ranked order only if winners cannot be contacted or a win is invalid, until all prizes have been awarded; If prizes cannot be awarded for any reason, they will be donated to the charity specified in the relevant section.
A winning entry may be declared void in the following cases:
the winner has won another prize in the same part upon verification of his/her identity documents during win validation.
the winner is untraceable by failing to respond to the win notification within the term and in the manner specified.
the winner is found to have participated in a manner that does not comply with the provisions of these rules.
PRIZES & PRIZE MONEY
The following prizes will be awarded by the judges:
PART 1
There are 12 prizes to be awarded, each consisting of 12 Levi's Total Looks (garments chosen by the Promoter) provided to the winner in the following 12 months, to the value of €300.00 (or equivalent in local currency) a month for 12 months, amounting to a total prize value of €3,600.00 (or equivalent in local currency) VAT included.
PART 2
30 prizes are to be awarded, each consisting of a Levi's Gift Card to the value of €150,00 (or equivalent in local currency) . The Levi’s Gift Cards that can be used in all Levi's stores, cannot be replaced or split into Gift Cards or Vouchers of lesser value, do not entitle the winner to change in cash, are non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-convertible into cash and non-marketable.
The total prize value amounts to €47,700.00 (or equivalent in local currency).
WIN VALIDATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY
Winners will be contacted by e-mail at the address indicated in the entry form, and will be informed of how to validate their winnings; the Promoter reserves the right to contact winners for any prize award arrangements by telephone at the number provided upon entry if available.
Winners are required to reply to the Promoter, as and how specified in the email, no later than 7 days after receiving the win notice, and issue a prize acceptance form.
If the winner does not send the prize acceptance notice in time, he/she will lose the right to the prize and the Promoter shall proceed in the same manner as above by sending the win notice to the first eligible reserve entrant.
It should be noted that the prizes will be delivered free of charge at the Levi’s Store or, if the winner so requests it, at their residence or domicile within 180 days of the prize-awarding date.
Any prizes not awarded or claimed by the end date will be donated to Fondazione Arché Onlus - Via Stresa, 6 – 20125- Milan – Tax Code 97105280156.
Participants who, in the Promoter's unquestionable judgement, are proven to be winners by adopting means and instruments capable of circumventing the correct entry procedure, or in any case judged to be reasonably suspicious, fraudulent or in breach of these Rules in the normal course of the initiative shall be disqualified from this Competition.
Participants will not be permitted to use any automatic or manual device, software, program, code, algorithm or method to access, modify, copy or monitor any part of the Entry Site, or reproduce, change or circumvent in any way the browsing pattern or presentation of the Site or obtain or attempt to obtain any material or information through any means unintentionally made available by the Promoter through the Entry Site.
The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate, even retrospectively, the win for those who act or have acted in breach of the Rules or have engaged in conduct that does not comply with the entry rules, interferes with the registration process or qualifies as being fraudulent or has attempted fraud for the purposes of entry in the Competition.
Moreover, the Promoter accepts no liability in the event that any of the following conditions occur:
Winner's e-mail or telephone number is incorrect or non-existent or discontinued;
Winner's mailbox is full or disabled;
The prize win notice e-mail sent to the winner ends up in spam;
There is no response from the winner's e-mail server after the winner's prize award notice e-mail is sent or the e-mail address is disabled;
The participant has used a temporary/no longer active e-mail address or telephone number.
The Competition entry page, containing the database of entries and the phrases/photographs submitted, is held on a protected server physically situated in Italy.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 101 of 10 August 2018, harmonizing the Personal Data Protection Act (Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003) with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR, the participants’ personal data collected in connection with this Competition will be processed both manually and with the aid of computerized means, solely for the purposes of participating in this Competition and prize delivery.
Personal data, whether in hard copy or electronic format, will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes in accordance with the provisions of current legislation or fulfil specific legal obligations, unless otherwise stipulated.
The Data Controller is the Competition Promoter Levi Strauss Italia s.r.l.
Data may be disclosed to delegated and/or appointed companies responsible for and involved in the management of the event, as well as to other third parties appointed by the owners of the supply of instrumental services or otherwise necessary for managing the Competition, such as, by way of example and not limited to, Notaries Public, partners who provide the Competition prizes, the Judicial Authority, the Police and Public Bodies, but always and in any case solely for the purpose of carrying out the procedures related to the event, as well as the fulfilment of obligations required by law and/or regulatory rules and/or provisions of the Public Authorities. The data communicated to third parties will, in any case, be processed in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and legal regulations.
Data not processed for marketing purposes will not be passed on to third parties and will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Personal data will be processed in order to manage the Competition and ensure its correct and regular execution in accordance with the regulations governing it, as well as in order to enable participation in the initiative itself and to carry out related activities (e.g. prize awarding, win notice, prize giving etc.).
Users may request the updated list of Data Controllers and Data Processors at any time and exercise the rights recognized by Articles 15-22 GDPR (including revoking consent to the use of personal data, partially or completely blocking personal information, requesting information on the Personal Data held by the Data Controller and requesting any modification thereof).
The Data Controller shall not be bound to delete personal data as long as they are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected as well as for the proper performance of the event.
Personal data are processed either by the Data Controller or any delegated persons in compliance with the security measures provided for in the Privacy Act against any loss, modification or access by unauthorized persons.

FINAL REMARKS
The Promoter assumes no liability for any documentation required for the validation of wins not being received due to any mailing delays and causes of any other kind not attributable to it or due to transmission issues and/or operator inefficiency or any other cause not attributable to the Promoter.
The Promoter assumes no liability for any access problem, impediment, malfunction or difficulty that may prevent the consumer from accessing the WEB service and participating in the Competition.
Participation in the prize draw entails the participant’s unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained herein with no limitation whatsoever.
It should be noted that entry in the Competition is free of charge and that any internet connection charges for participation will be subject only to the rate agreed by the participant with his/her telephone operator; therefore, no additional cost for the participant is envisaged.
