I tried on many pairs of jeans and am really happy with these. I'm 5'2", and curvy and was really tired of low rise jeans. I wanted to be comfortable moving and didnt want to roll up my jeans -- these are perfect -- just the right length to be a little longer than ankle, just hits right. The waist is a a little big, but I can wear a belt if needed. The roominess in the hips and thighs is more important to me. I bought two more pairs in different washes.

There is something so organic/old school about 100% cotton, 501 jeans. Takes me back to the 70s. I’m 5’4”, 138 lbs and the 27” inseam is so flattering; hits right at the ankle. Mid rise works for me. Legs are wider but not baggy. Material is fabulous.

I can’t imagine buying any jeans other than Levi’s, and this latest purchase lived up to all expectations.
The quality, as always, is excellent and I love the loose, baggy style.
I am not very tall so knew that 30 inch leg would not be ankle grazing but I bought them anyway. The fit is quite generous but I opted to wear a belt rather than change for a smaller waist size and potentially compromise the casual fit. Definitely worth the money.
