I have always liked the fit and style of 501 jeans. These are no different.

These are a great pair of jeans. I love having jeans that are Levi’s original cut (501s), but with a bit of elastane for ease of movement. I tried on a pair of 100% cotton 501s and found them too stiff and tight in the thighs for my liking, so the “Low Stretch” options are perfect. The button fly is icing on the cake. It’s only been a few days and I look forward to how they will fit as I break them in.

I purchased the product in color Along the Coast with low stretch and it fits like a charm in size 36 though I have the new 501s in Selvedge and non Selvedge without stretch in both sizes 36 and 34. I guess it is up to each individual styles or countries where they be stitched in that makes the differences and it takes many a pairs of 501 to find that right one and dare I say I just might have found my perfect pair in low stretch and light faded stonewashed denim remindin me of the glorious heyday of the 80s. Thank you for continuing to recreate the original. Truly appreciate all the designers helping make this happen. I got meowed at by a cat near my house which made me choose the title for this review. Thank you Levi's Team.

I love these acid-wash 501 jeans. They are my go-to jeans now I love the 501s because the waist is mid-rise. The low-rise waists make me uncomfortable, especially when I squat or sit down.

It’s great online to be able to order the exact correct size. They do fit as I expected and I got a good price as they were on sale.

I had to go back to my high school days, where I had to wear men's 501 jeans for the length. Don't get me wrong, I loved those days and am thrilled to be wearing them again. I even think they conform to my shape better than the 501s that are made for women. The only thing I will beg Levi's for is please, please , PLEASE make W28 L32 or even L34. That would be a perfect fit for me. Right now, I think the smallest I can find are W29 L32 and they relax a little even in non-stretch which is what I prefer. But ladies, give them a try because they are much more flattering in the men's cut.

Love the Night at the Museum wash. Reminds me of my dad's old 501's. After many years of washing and wearing they fade to a very light blue like this. Nice medium weight denim with just the right amount of stretch. Soft and comfortable.

Denim and Levi's are in my blood: my family were cotton farmers, cotton mill hands, and garment mill workers over the generations. Levi's were my first "big boy" jeans as I approached my teens, and they've been my go-to for almost 60 years. My size is 30x36 to allow for shrinkage, and that size combo is sometimes hard to find. I bought this most recent pair at Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply. Thank you, Murdoch's, for carrying Levi's 501 Shrink-to-Fits and for carrying the 30x36 size!
