This year, our Pride collection takes inspiration from queer motorcycle clubs, the community protectors who became symbols of strength, safety and solidarity. In support of this collection, Levi's® makes an annual $100,000 USD donation to Outright International, a global organization working to advance human rights for LGBTQIA+ people all over the world.
Our Bicon Vest features motorcycle-inspired hardware, a button-up front and adjustable tie closures to customize your fit. We finished it with a special waxy coating.

Happy Levi’s has a real pride collection this year

Liked it a lot. Not delusional enough to think a $140 vest is made from a quality waxed fabric like Barbour. Cute for pride. Way better than last year’s phoned in collection.

Nicely made, fully lined. A little less glossy in person, definitely reads as cotton. Standard fit but the side laces can be loosened to give more room.

Material feels cheap, misleading description

The item is described as having a "waxy" coating, which probably leads you to believe it's a waxed denim. According to the tags it's actually a polyurethane coated cotton, which is more of a fake leather like material, and it feels that way.
The leather chords on the side are stretchy and feel cheap. The care tags are sewn in a way that they might stick out between the panels when wearing. The tied portion had to be let out a couple inches to have the vest fit in my normal jacket size.
It has 2 pockets on the outside and one on the inside.
