These are a traditional close fit in the waist and hips -they are not loose or baggy or high rise. They are button up- no zipper. A little bit of stretch and there is some give. I like the fabric, soft, not too thick but definitely not thin. Use the size chart. And the white piping looks so good! 4 in most good pant brands, waist 27-28. Also I ordered the 32 length and wear a 1-2 inch heel or platform. The 30 would be too short on me. I’m 5’4”. Plus it’s fine if the bootcut fabric bends a little at the ankle. Hope that helps.
