Great quality and nice

I like the shirt. It's soft and comfortable. The graphics were excellent and follow the instructions when you wash the item so the t shirt won't be damaged or the graphics gone. I recommend it.

Very disappointing.

Never received. After going through the website and ordering several items, Levi’s canceled the order and said, “Not available!”. Not once, but twice! I’ve been a Levi’s lady for decades. But won’t waste my time ordering online anymore.

Fedex never delivered

My order was never delivered. It took a week of AI only answered chats and emails- not helpful- until I got responses from various customer service people (I think). End result- Levi's and FedEx decided I don't need to own this t-shirt. Refunded my money, but no chance to purchase. This is how big businesses treat customers. Going back to shopping small businesses.

Wrong product

The first order was not actually sent or picked up. Then customer service said they sent me a replacement it they sent a random pair of jeans that I had to return before I could get a refund. Levi doesn’t own their mistakes, they treat the consumer like they do something wrong when it is them. Never again will I give Levi another penny of my money.

Nothing to love

Horrible service. They claimed they shipped my order. It was never picked up so Levi cancelled it even though online showed it in stock. Customer service is non existent. They must train them to not care.
