TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor/The Promoter is Levi Strauss & Co Europe BV. LEONARDO DA VINCILAAN 19, AIRPORT PLAZA, RIO BUILDING 1831 DIEGEM (Levi’s®).

1. The sign up for the event(s) starts on 6th February at 00:01 and ends on 25th February at 23:59.

2. Sign up is open to anyone that meets the conditions of entry, aged 18 and over.

3. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of signing up to the event(s)

4. The event(s) are only open to United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium residents.

5. The number of eligible opportunities to sign up shall be one time per consumer. Any further account registrations will not be taken into consideration.

6. By signing up and attending a related Levi's event, consumers consent that their picture and their name may be used by Levi’s® and relevant partners and that they grant the promoter full rights to use the picture and the name in all media and in perpetuity.

7. By signing up the participants confirm that all entry details submitted are true, accurate and complete.

8. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. In addition, the promoter also reserves the right to exclude entries and/or usernames that are indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, infringes third party intellectual property rights, or portrays or encourages illegal activities.

9.Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis depending on store capacity. Tickets will be emailed and will grant you and a friend entry to the stipulated Denim Lifestyle store event (as listed below). There will be music, drinks and light bites available, as well as a 30% discount voucher , to be used for any purchase attendees make in the store during the event, excluding collaborations. Travel to the store and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s and guest’s responsibility.

Strickly one event per person. It is prohibited to attend more than one Denim Lifestyle Event.

10. The successful ticketholders will be selected on a first come first serve basis and will be notified via Email on 29.02.24. Entry to the event will only be granted with a valid ticket.

11. No cash or alternatives are available. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

12. Ticketholders will be notified via email to their/his/her private provided during the registration phase (“Notification email”).

13. The promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

14. If due to circumstances outside the promoter's control, if it is necessary to suspend, amend, or cancel the events, the promoter reserves the right to do so and will inform participants by putting up a notice on levi.com or the Levi’s app.

15. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/ or an error affecting the proper operation of the event, the promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the event(s); amend the Terms and Conditions; and declare void the notification of the ticketholder(s).

16. No liability is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, requests or other documents related to the competition that are incorrectly completed, are lost, damaged or delayed for any reason whatsoever. The promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the sites or to participate in the competition, or if their entry is lost, due to any error, problem, technical or otherwise connected with the web connection.

17. The participants agree not to use any "deep-link", "robot", or other automatic or manual device, software, program, code, algorithm or methodology, to access, modify, copy or monitor any portion of the Site, or in any way reproduce, change or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, or information through any means not purposely made available by the promoter through the Site. The promoter reserves the right to take measures to prevent any such activity and to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant has engaged in any such practices.

18. The promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the event and for no other purpose. Your personal details will always be kept confidential. Data will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. By participating in the event(s), you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. 19. Any personal information received from any participant will only be used for administering the competition as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will not be sold or provided to third parties. Participants have a right of access to any computer files containing any of their personal data and a right to have such data corrected or deleted.
