The 311s are just the right height in rise will being flattering with the tummy smoothing panel. I'm 5'5 and get the 28 inch inseam. They tend to wash and wear well compared to other brands that loosen up too much between washings. I also love the fact you can trade them in when you want new styles/sizes.

These jeans are so comfy, you can tell as soon as you touch the fabric that they are Levis. They are soft and great quality, I brought a size up and they are true to size so I'll wear a belt but that's only because I'm in-between sizes right now. I'm really pleased with my buy and would definitely recommend.
