Their customer service was excellent! I was able to get on chat and talk to someone within 30seconds at 10am on a Saturday.I was having troubling getting my order due to covid19 restrictions & delays and they ended up letting me keep the pants as a courtesy and refunding the full amount too. Hands down the best service I have ever had in years. Definitely a loyal and regular customer from now onwards. On top of that , Awesome pair of jeans , incredible fit and comfort as expected from Levi’s®.

Although they don't fit me anything like in the picture I bought them already knowing this. I am of athletic build 6ft tall and ordered a 33W 32L. They aren't too thick that the restrict movement or feel like you can't walk normally. They are snug around the thighs and are slim fit but when you have thin waist and thick legs and big bum finding jeans to fit is a nightmare. Loved them

Best stretch jean on the market! Comfort and they turn heads.

First time trying the 512s and I think it is a good cut on me. My GF really liked them. The richmonf black looks pretty darn cool. I am 6" 165 got my usual 32 x 32

These jeans have a great amount of stretch. They don't stretch to oblivion, but they don't hold me like women's jeans either. I love the wash. The fade on them looks very natural! I usually wear a 34x30 in the 512 and this pair was no different. At 5'10, 180 with football player thighs, I always like to go up one waist size in my 512's so that they remain comfortable.

I typically like my jeans skinny and or slim, and the 512 slim taper is the best of both. I'm 5'11,160lbs and like to wear my jeans cropped. The 31*30 falls right above my ankle beautifully. This wash is super soft for ultra comfort and mobility.

Kaufe diese Hose zum zweiten Mal! Sitzt perfekt und angenehm. Bin diesmal auf die Qualität gespannt, da die erste nach drei Monaten im Oberschenkel Bereich aufplatzte.

In the description it says the jeans is made up of 99% cotton and 1% elasthane. On the label of the jeans it says 87% cotton, 12% polyester, and 1% elasthane. This also seems to give the jeans a different feeling on the skin from what I had expected, which I find slightly unpleasant, although this might change after washing.

There is a lot of give to these 512 Slim Tapers in Richmond Advance Stretch. The high amount of stretch on the weft (horizontal) threads means there is no breaking in necessary. They are comfortable straight away. They run slightly big and will stretch out so I'd recommend going down one waist size. The color is a sharp looking alternative to indigo and solid black.

Jeans are comfortable and nice fit. However I thought I was buying grey jeans, not black.

I bought these because the fabric was listed as being 99% cotton, 1% Lycra. I don't like cotton/poly blends in my denim. I got the jeans and surprise! It's a cotton/poly blend. I kept them because I guess I can just use them for work pants and they do fit, but I won't be buying off the website any more if they aren't going to list the fabric content correctly. It's too bad because I'm not happy going into stores right now and I thought the website would be a good alternative.

Bad quality. The measures are wrong, is more 36x32, and the material is very thin. Looks like a cheap jeans, nothing to do with the Levis brand. The Levis was sent in a simple paper bag, no other protection.

I ordered the Richmond Black 512 Jeans, in the picture the model is wearing dark wash indigo pants with gold stitching and a tan patch, when I received the pants they were mid tone grey with black stitching and a black patch. That is simply nothing like the pants the model is wearing for that color and IMO do not look good at all, if I wanted grey pants I would have gotten grey pants. Now I need to return the pants and get new ones costing me shipping both ways, even though this site was 100% incorrect and is still incorrect. I am very upset. Normally I dont write bad reviews but this was a big let down, and anyone who buys these pants should know they look nothing like the pictures. TLDR: PANTS ARE GREY, NOT INDIGO LIKE PICTURE
