Exactly what I was looking for - something slim that would work for high waisted jeans. I do think the sizes are poorly recommended though, the recommended size for your waist size seems to be to fit the last available hole. I went a size up from what was recommended and am using the middle hole.

This is an excellent basic little belt - nice and slim with sturdy tan leather and plenty of holes for adjusting to different waistlines on various pairs of Levi jeans.

Great leather belt to wear with my fav. pair of Levi’s Jeans. Bought in black, liked it so I got one in brown too. I wear a size 16 and the large belt is a great fit for me. Also could definitely be worn if you wear a size 14 also.
