Pride icon tote giddy up tote

The reason why i give a 1 star is that I never received this item as they sent me the wrong one( a levis jeans ) . So I send back the wrong item thinking they will send me the tote bag or refund it if its no longer available but its been more than a month of waiting and I never heared any response from Levi’s .Feeling disappointed!
