Terms and conditions

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.

Levi Strauss Paris OLS, 106-108, rue de la Boetie, 75008, Paris, France is organizing this Promotion in partnership with Printemps Haussmann, 64 boulevard Haussmann, 75009, Paris. No correspondence to be sent to any of these addresses.

• The Promotion starts on 5th of December 2020 at 10am CET and ends at midnight CET on 25th of December 2020.
• The Promotion is open to anyone, excluding employees of the Promoter and associated partners (see above) and of the participating stores, their immediate families, their associated companies, their agents and anyone associated with the Promotion either directly or indirectly.

• For a chance to win a prize, participants must just register a form at the Levi’s® corner at Printemps Haussmann. Everyone who visits this location can register for free. No other condition is required to participate.
• Participants must fill in up the complete information on the registration form and can only register one time.
• By entering the Promotion, Participants confirm that all entry details submitted are true, accurate and complete.
• By entering the Promotion, Participants consent that their name and picture may be used by Levi’s® and relevant partners and that they grant the Promoter full rights to use their name and picture in all media associated with this promotion and in perpetuity.
• By entering the Promotion, Participants agree that the internet is global, and their name and picture may be copied and uploaded onto other websites for which the Promoter or associated partner are not responsible for.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants. In addition, the Promoter also reserves the right to exclude entries and/or submitted information that are indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, infringes third party intellectual property rights, or portrays or encourages illegal activities. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the Promotion, and any future contest or other promotion conducted by the Promoter and to take such other action as may be appropriate, any Participant or Winner who, in the Promoter’s reasonable suspicion has breached any of the terms and conditions set out in this document (the "Terms and Conditions") or interferes with the entry process.

• From all valid registered Participants to this promotion, there would be three (3) Winners.
• Each winner will receive one (1) Levi’s® piece customized by the artist Leona Rose during a 1to1 at Printemps Haussmann (the “Prize”). No cash or alternative prizes are available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize by a similar one of equal or greater value.
• The Winners will be selected by a pure chance draw that will take place on December 25^th and will be notified via email between December 25th and December 31st. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner, however, if the winner cannot be contacted the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement.
• Winners will be requested to attend the 1to1 session at Printemps Haussmann in order to collect their Prize. If the winner doesn’t show up at its appointment without inform the Promoter at least 24h prior the appointment the prize will be lost. If the winner has a good reason to not show up the promoter will take care to send the prize to the winner by post mail.
• The Winners agree that the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their names and image for the purposes of announcing the Winners and for related promotional purposes related with this Promotion
• The Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the Promotion.

• The Promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
• If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control, if it is necessary to suspend, amend, or cancel the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to do so and will inform Participants by putting up a notice on levi.com or in any other Levi’s® or associated partner(s) social media channel.
• In the event of fraud, abuse, and / or an error affecting the proper operation of the Promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, the Promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the Promotion; amend the Terms and Conditions; and declare void the notification of winner(s).
• No liability is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, requests or other documents related to the Promotion that are incorrectly completed, are lost, damaged or delayed for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to participate in the Promotion, or if their entry is lost, due to any error, problem, technical.
• No liability shall be accepted for any loss, damage or liability caused to the Winners as a direct or indirect result of the prizes awarded through this Promotion.

• Any personal information received from any Participant will only be used for administering the Promotion as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will not be sold or provided to third parties. Participants have a right of access to any computer files containing any of their personal data and have the right to have such data corrected or deleted, for doing Participants should contact the Levi’s® via this email privacy@levi.com.
• The Promotion will be governed by the laws of France. Any claims and/or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris without prejudice to any right of any participant to bring or defend a claim in the jurisdiction in which (s)he resides.
