SUMMER ESSENTIALS – EVENT

Levi Strauss Continental, 108 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France (“Organizer”).

The event is open to anyone visiting one of the participating Levi’s® stores, with the exception of employees of the Organizer, associated partners and participating stores, their immediate families, affiliated companies, agents, and anyone else directly or indirectly connected to the event.

Visit one of the participating Levi’s® stores (see list below) on the following dates and times:

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants and/or usernames that are indecent, immoral, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, or depict/encourage illegal activities. The Organizer may disqualify or exclude participants and take any other appropriate action against anyone who, in its reasonable opinion, has violated any of these terms or interfered with the participation process.

The “Levi’s® Wheel of Fortune” contest is subject to the same conditions as the main event, particularly regarding eligibility, exclusions, and participation procedures.

Each entry is strictly personal and final. Multiple entries are not permitted; only one entry per person, per store is allowed for the entire duration of the activation.

To validly participate, each participant must:

Complete a short questionnaire by selecting a full Levi’s® look, specifying the product references and sizes.

Note: The full look may consist of the following items (excluding collaboration items):

• One top
• One bottom (shorts, skirt, or jorts)
• Or one dress

Spin the Wheel of Fortune once during their visit to a participating store.

During the event, each participant will be offered a refreshment depending on the store type:

• Levi’s® Outlet Stores: a juice will be offered.
• Levi’s® Full Price Stores: an ice cream will be offered.

These are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or refunded.

For the “Levi’s® Wheel of Fortune” contest, participants may win one of the following prizes:

1. 1 full look (2 looks for RED TAB members), previously selected.
2. Limited to one winner per store, per day, and subject to availability.
3. Gift card worth €25 (€50 for RED TAB members), valid in all Levi’s® stores in France.Valid for one year. Non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Limited to one winner per store, per day.
4. 20% off the Summer Essentials collection (25% off for RED TAB members), valid on:

If, due to circumstances beyond its control, the Organizer needs to suspend, change, or cancel the event, it reserves the right to do so and will inform participants in-store.

In the case of fraud, abuse, or error affecting the smooth running of the event—including awarding more prizes than available—the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or end the event, modify the T&Cs, and cancel any participant’s notification or win.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or claims directly or indirectly arising from the prizes awarded as part of this event.

• Personal data provided by participants will only be used for the administration of the event, as outlined here, and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
• This event is governed by French law. Any claims or disputes relating to these T&Cs shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts, without affecting any consumer rights to raise disputes in their country of residence.
