Terrible customer service

Cute skirt bought at the final sale, but mine was defective- extra material right under the waist, and the buttons weren’t aligned to the button holes. The person who answered the phone when I called the customer service wa hard to understand and the line was breaking up. She sent me an email asking to measure the skirt and send pictures. This is the second unpleasant (to say the least) encounter with the customer service. I guess I learned my lesson.
