IMPOSSIBLE TO RATE THE PRODUCT - Levis took my order , took my payment , then advised they weren't delivering my order. No explanation.I tried several ways via the Levi's website - Nothing /Nought/Nil/ -A big fat ZERO . Credit duly processed but not the issue.

Received the Wrong Items

I ordered these in every colorway and received someone else’s order of a flannel and skinny jeans. Due to their being on final sale, I was unable to use the online return forms. When I called customer service on the phone, they merely referred me back to the same online forms that still wouldn’t work with the link they gave me. So; I drove an hour out to my nearest Levi’s outlet where the kindest store manager spoke to customer service on the phone and had them send me a shipping label, which I just used to mail back the incorrect items at my local FedEx branch. Between shopping, calling customer service, going to the retail location, and mailing the items back; I have spent about 5 hours of personal time working to get a refund in addition to the weeks waiting for these items. I am disappointed I was not offered any additional compensation for my efforts and am also being told I will probably have to wait a couple more weeks to have my money credited back. This is particularly disappointing because I am a lifelong customer. I still love the products being made and the service at retail locations. Customer service via internet and phone leave very much to be desired. I have only made a couple online orders that went fine. This order was a massive inconvenience.
