The problem is that you made the same mistake not once but twice and when I sent back the wrong pair of jeans for an exchange you replaced the first pair with the exact same pair that were absolutely wrong for me and not what I ordered!

On December 2, I placed an order for two pairs of jeans on your website, and $105.84 was charged from my bank account. This transaction was confirmed without issue. However, on December 10, only one of the two items was shipped, and then, on December 11, an additional $52.92 was deducted from my bank account without my authorization or any prior notice. This is an outright breach of trust and raises serious concerns regarding your company’s practices. To prevent further unauthorized charges, I had to set a spending limit on my card. Nevertheless, on December 12, your company attempted yet another charge of $52.92. It was only due to my intervention that this transaction was declined. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I demand a detailed explanation immediately: Why was an additional $52.92 charged to my account on December 11 without my consent? Why was another attempt made on December 12 to charge the same amount again? Why has the original $105.84 payment from December 2, which you claim might be an authorization hold, not been released back to my account after 11 days? I contacted my bank and confirmed that a total of $158.76 has been withdrawn from my account—$105.84 on December 2 and $52.92 on December 11. Not a single cent has been refunded to my account as of now. It has been 11 days since the initial transaction, which is an unreasonable delay and suggests gross negligence on your part. Furthermore, I have spent nearly 2 hours waiting in your online chat queue, and no one has responded. Your complete lack of communication and transparency is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Let me be perfectly clear: if this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter to all relevant authorities, including consumer protection agencies and financial regulators. I will also make it a point to share my experience across every platform to ensure others are aware of these unethical practices. I demand a clear, written explanation addressing each of my concerns and an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution without further delay, I will not hesitate to take legal action to recover my funds. You have failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer service. Rectify this situation without delay. For your reference, I have also attached screenshots of my bank account statements showing the unauthorized charges. I look forward to your swift response and resolution of this matter. Check you get premium if you ordered premium. Item sent was not premium and was also not the correct size. Poor show.
