Great but inconsistent sizing

I love a 100% cotton jeans, these were it..I thought. I tried these on back in August at one of the Levi's stores, the fit was great. I tried on the 24 x 30 size. The front rise was just below my belly button - mid rise, the back area was flattering on my petite bottom and length was just perfect. I decided to buy these online recently and the fit was completely off. The front rise was above my belly button by about an inch, the back flattened my bum, the length was 1.5" longer. For reference, my height is 5'1", waistline 25/26", hips 33" and 100lbs. I wish I kept the tags on and would've returned these.
