We designed these 501® ‘90s Ankle jeans with a classic mid-rise, an ankle-length cut and a loose, straight fit with just the right amount of bagginess through the leg. They're the vintage jeans you've always dreamed of finding at the thrift store, but without all the rummaging.

Great jeans. I like jeans with no stretch. The fit is better and these look great. They are not as short on me since I'm 5'4" but the 27 length is good even 1/2 each would be perfect.

Out of the many jeans I have, these are hands down my favorite. They fit my 5'1/103# frame perfectly. I went with the 24/27 based on the cropped Original 501s I already own, and the sizing worked out great. The denim is so soft, light, and comfortable that they feel like lounge wear. They hit just below my ankle on me, but the proportions still look right on my petite frame.

My new favorite jean and fit is the 90s 501. I tried a pair of jeans last year and I didn’t expect them to look so good. So I just had to try the ankle jean. They didn’t disappoint! I look forward to adding more colors to my wardrobe.

Was in need of a new pair of black jeans and I absolutely love this style, I want to get more in other washes. They fall perfectly on me, which is hard to find being pretty short, I'm 5'1.

I've been looking for some alternative jeans that sell shorter sizes (no longer buying from American Eagle). While Levi's doesn't consistently have a ton of shorter jean sizes, these are my new favorite jeans!

These jeans are exactly what I've been looking for. They fit true to size in my opinion, I always buy 25 and the 25 fit just right. I found this pair a little smaller than the lightweight fabric 90's ankle pair. The rise is good, finally not a high rise and the ankle length is perfect on my shorter frame. Please never stop making these. The 100% cotton feels so much better to me than stretch jeans, and I have not had a pair of Levi's for a long time now but I think these are going to become my go to as I can't stand tight clingy jeans.

These are the perfect mid rise jeans. The ankle length looks so great with ballet flats and sandals. Find this rise more flattering than the Ribcage jeans.
