I received a leather reversible belt as a Christmas gift and began enjoying it immediately for dress , pleasure and sometimes work around home. Unfortunately one of the small rivets or screws holding the buckle to the leather went missing.
I called Levi Canada and explained my concerns and after a few simple steps and no expense to me I received a new similar belt.
