I’ve lost 40 lbs in the last 5 1/2 months so I needed new jeans. I really like the fit and the higher waist. I read reviews first. Some reviewers were disgruntled because the jean they bought (probably on-line) had lines on the side of the leg. The line or stripe is a darker shade of denim. When you look at these on-line it doesn’t show the stripe. I bought this pair in the store and I noticed some of this exact same model of jean had those ugly stripes all the way up the outside leg on both sides and some did not. So of course I bought a pair without those stripes. If a person orders these jeans online, they take the chance of being sent a pair with the stripes. I was so glad I was at the store trying the jeans on in person and I was so glad that I read the reviews first for the heads up. This jean has a great fit. I don’t know why all of them weren’t made exactly the same. Hope this helps you.

These are the best fitting jeans I’ve ever owned. They are true to size and fit like a glove. I’m 5‘6“ and I weigh 130 pounds. I got size 3030 and there’s room in the waist but they’re not too big. The length is perfect. This is my third pair!
