This item came to me in someone else’s order, not mine. I contacted them, explained and returned the package that was not mine. So what does Levi’s do? They reimburse me for something(?) I didn’t get, but not for the entire amount I spent. You can’t reach anyone to save your life there and working things out thru their virtual assist is worthless. Levi’s, I reported you to PayPal and my credit account. Shame on you from stealing from me.
