I initiated a return thinking I could reorder the right size, but once the item was returned in-store and processed, I was told I couldn’t exchange or reorder through them. Now I’m left without the pants and no solution offered. Overall, both the product and Levi’s service were disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend shopping without first confirming their return and exchange policies.
