The style, quality, and classic Levi’s vibe are exactly why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the buying experience completely ruined the excitement. The jacket showed as available when I ordered it online about a week ago. Then I received an email saying my order was canceled—with no explanation. When I called customer service, I was told the item was no longer available. Out of curiosity, I checked the website again, and it still showed “a few items left” and even allowed me to add it to my cart and check out. That’s incredibly misleading for shoppers. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received my refund. For a brand I’ve been loyal to for years, this was extremely disappointing. Love Levi’s products, but this experience fell far short of what I expect.
