Avoid at all costs

A miserable experience. Dealing with on-line, after sales services is uninspiring. I asked for delivery to a hotel because I was traveling. I paid for overnight service. The package was not sent until after the proposed delivery date and I was no longer at the hotel. They would not redirect and now they will not reimburse for 100% of the purchase. I notified them before shipping that it was going to be an issue, as it was clear they were already late, and nevertheless, they would not redirect the shipment. Suggest you avoid at all costs the on-line experience with Levi's.com
