I'm 5'1 and 134 pounds and the medium size was spot on. No alterations needed is a plus. The jumpsuit has a medium weight that is suitable for Spring, Fall, and beginning of summer.

Good but the sleeve seam doesn’t stretch

I like the jumpsuit. It’s not tight around the midsection and has a relaxed look. I’m 5’4”, 130 lbs and I bought a medium. Perfect floor length with sandals or tennis shoes. The one thing that hangs me up from giving 5 stars are the sleeves. They are so restricting. I can’t lift my arms above my head or in front of me without them digging into my arms. Wore for a full day and found myself irritated by the end of the day due to the restriction. I also have chapped lines where the seem was from moving. So it’s great if you don’t intend to move your arms a lot.
