The jeans are heavy more denim than standard jeans to make them more durable for working. They are comfortable too.

Tried them on by accident thinking they were women’s and ended up keeping them for myself and taking in the waist a bit. Great price for the quality and similar styles at other stores are twice as much. Love them!
