I was sold at the cargo pockets and button front because I love a good utility look, but was pleasantly surprised to find it had built in shorts. I’m pretty much a solid 27 in bottoms, but had to size up to a 28 in this because of the dual zipper and button fly.

This skirt is adorable! Although I must say that it is a bit inconvenient to take off. You have to unbutton the front three buttons and a zipper and then zip up and button 3 to put it back on. I think it's worth it though because this skort makes me feel cute and it has shorts underneath. I think it's on the shorter side and could have a higher rise, but it'll match with almost anything. It's not as breathable down there because of all the thick jean layers, but I think it's still wearable in the summer heat. I also agree to size up 1 size. I'm usually a 27 at Levi's but I got 28 and it fit perfectly. Not too tight.

Also pretty short, like right under the bootie in the back, which was too short for me, so I did end up returning. If they were just 1 inch longer, they might have worked. The other thing I didn't like about this style was that it would take a long time to take off and put on because you basically have to unbutton it all the way.
