Order cancelled for no reason x 3 times

I've ordered this item (and others) on three separate occasions. Each time the item was showing as in stock on the website. Each time I got an email 30 mins later to say order was cancelled with no explanation as to why. If the item is out of stock why has it (and others) been displayed incorrectly for over a week and still allowing orders.

No, I do not recommend this product.
