My husband loves the fit and color of these! An excellent find. The wash is more of a medium blue rather than a dark blue, but we have no complaints, as it is still a great color. They have great stretch and the comfort surpasses even how happy we are with the stretch in these jeans. The price is excellent as well!

Finding the perfect pair of jeans is a lot harder than it should be. They're either too baggy or so tight you can barely sit down. But trust me, I found the sweet spot.
"These are the 512" Slim Taper Fit jeans, and they are literally everything you want in modern jean. They're slim through the thigh, but then they have that perfect taper down to the ankle. It gives you a super clean, tailored look without feeling restrictive at all. They're the kind of jeans you can wear with a t-shirt and sneakers or with a button-down and boots. They just work. Perfect Fit

First let me say that these are absolutely the best fitting jeans I've ever owned! But... (yes, there is a but) they are extremely hard to find in stores. I've looked in 10 stores that carry Levis within an hour of where I live and have only found a couple of pairs in my size: 31/30. Also, the zipper failed after a few wearings so I had to have a tailor put in a new one. Attention, Levis - stock more 512s in the stores!

Disappointing experience - particularly the websit

It was overall a disappointing experience: I didn't find the website very clear as to which colour I was buying and when the product arrived it wasn't what I hoped for. The jeans have a lot of stretch material in them, which just make them feel like 'jeggings' and they will lose their shape quickly.

Although the fit was fine, after one washing (cold water, cool dry cycle) the jeans had this white fuzzy appearance. I have lots of 511 and 510 jeans, all in black, and never seen this. It's only on the 512. I don't know why they now have this "acid washed" appearance.
