I just got my Levi’s 511 Slim Fit Selvedge Jeans, and I’m really impressed so far. Right out of the box, the denim feels sturdy and high-quality—definitely a step above my regular jeans. The slim fit is flattering without feeling too tight, and I love the modern taper through the leg. The selvedge detail adds a nice touch, making them look premium even with casual shoes.
They are a little stiff at first, but that’s expected with selvedge denim, and I can tell they’ll soften and break in nicely with wear. Pockets are a bit snug, but manageable. Best pants ever! So comfortable, light, and soft - perfect for all times of year. And the 511 Slim Fit have just enough stretch to accomodate a growing waistline as we go deeper into the Holiday season, and the slimming after a New Years resolution to stop eating so much pie.
