AMBASSADOR DAYS | TERMS & CONDITIONS

Levi Strauss Italia srl with registered office in Via Ansperto, 9, 20123 Milano - VAT 09854170157, promotes the following competition which is carried out according to the rules contained in the following regulation (the “Regulation”) and which aims to promote its products under the Levi’s brand (“Levi’s” or the “Promoter”).

The delegated company is: TIEMPO NORD S.r.l., Via Giovanni da Udine 34, 20156 - Milan.

By participating in this contest, you unconditionally accept all the rules and clauses set out in this Regulation, without limitation. Participation in the competition is free, no purchase is required.

This Ambassador Days competition (“the Competition”) may only be entered under compliance with the terms & conditions listed below. By taking part in the Competition, the participant explicitly accepts these terms& conditions. The Promoter retains the right to modify, cancel or terminate the Competition and/or its terms at any time.

The word “Ambassador” refers to people who are fans, share the values of the Levi’s® brand and are registered to our loyalty program Levi’s® Red Tab (“Red Tab Program or Loyalty Program”). Those Ambassadors will be selected among all the participants and will enjoy the benefits and represent the Levi’s® brand and its Red Tab Program, as described below.

“Ambassador days Levi’s®2023”

From October 3rd to October 22^nd , with identification of winners by selection with jury by 15/12/2023

Italian national territory and Republic of San Marino.

Prize N. 02 each consisting of N. 3 trips/experiences organised by Levi’s, for 1 person lasting 2 days/1 night including travel, stay in a hotel with bed and breakfast from January 2024 in the following destinations:

• Milan
• Madrid
• Paris

+ a Levi’s total look outfit composed of 3 pieces (1 top, 1 bottom, 1 footwear) sizes will be asked to the winners.

All users, minimum 18 years old, resident in the Italian national territory and the Republic of San Marino, members of Levi’s Red Tab Member Program or who will register to the program before the end of the competition that, in the period from 03/10/2023 to 22/10/2023 (both dates included), will enter the competition by uploading n.  1 photograph (mandatory) and n. 2 photographs (optional) that portray themselves preferably with their own Levi’s® 501® jeans and writing a story that speaks about and describes their Levi’s 501® and tells the most beautiful experience lived wearing them (mandatory).

Therefore, users who will join the competition without having previously registered for the Levi’s Red Tab Member Program will not be able to participate in the selection phase.

The following users cannot participate to the competition:

- people under the age of 18

- people resident outside Italy and the Republic of San Marino

- people who have a relationship of collaboration and/or dependence with the promoter, the employees of the Promoter and its associated partners, store staff, their close families, agents and anyone directly or indirectly associated with the competition

- all those involved in the organisation and management of this prize competition

To participate to the competition and try to win one of the 2 prizes, the user must connect to www.ambassadordayslevis2023.com/ita (the cost of the connection is equal to the rate agreed by the participant with its provider) from 03/10/2023 to 22/10/2023, upload n.  1 photograph (mandatory) and further n. 2 photographs (optional), that portray themselves preferably with their own Levi’s® 501® jeans and write a story that speaks and describes their Levi’s 501® and tells the most beautiful experience lived wearing them (mandatory) - (hereinafter referred to as Elaborate - which includes story and photography).

In detail, the participant have to:

• access to the participation web-site
• click on the Italian flag
• register for the competition by entering in the appropriate participation form the required data: name, surname, date of birth, phone, e-mail and e-mail confirmation
• provide consent to the processing of personal data and compulsorily accept the rules of the regulation and the general conditions of participation;
• optionally enter in the appropriate field the link of social profile (FB, IG, TikTok)
• click on the participation button
• insert within the dedicated participation area "Storytelling":

• text of the story that speaks about and describes his/her own Levi’s 501® and tells the most beautiful experience lived wearing them (mandatory) - maximum number of characters usable 1000 including spaces, in Italian or in English language

• upload a photograph (mandatory) preferably wearing his/her own Levi’s® 501® - Optionally upload second and third photos

Story and Photos have to be compliant with the criteria indicated in the point of the regulation CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR THE SETTING OF THE PHOTOGRAPH AND THE CONTENTS OF THE STORY

In order to participate to the selection phase of the competition, each user have to participate to the competition using personal data and e-mail address used to register to Levi’s Red Tab Member Program.

• Each user and each e-mail address can enter the competition only once by uploading a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 original photos and a story. If a user wins multiple prizes, only one will be awarded.
• Entries that are not completed, or contain invalid or untrue information, will not be taken into account and registration will not be considered valid
• Entry shall entail unconditional and total acceptance of the provisions of the Regulation
• The requirements for the story and the photos are set out in paragraph 9 of this Regulation
• once sent, story and photos cannot be modified or deleted by the participant user

The data entered to participate to the competition, at any stage of the competition, must correspond to truth, shouldn’t be fictional or pseudonymous: in the event of a mismatch between the data used for registration at the time of participation and the identification documents required for the confirmation of the win, the prize won’t be awarded.

The Story and Photos will not be considered valid if it contains elements that are not suitable and/or does not comply with the rules of this regulation.

The evaluation of the Story and Photos is subject to the unquestionable judgement of the promoter or the delegated company.

The system will record the data typed and, after the verification will activate a computerized procedure: the elaborations will be subsequently moderated and those conforming will access to the appraisal of the jury for the selections that will happen in the dates and with the modalities below.

Story content requirements (maximum number of characters 1000 including spaces):

• The story must have the user as the main character and should tell the story of their Levi’s 501® Jeans

• The story will tell their best experience while wearing Levi’s 501®

• The story will tell why the user would be the right Ambassador for Levi’s Red Tab 
• The story must be original and aligned with the values of the brand
• The story must give expression to self
• The story may have a connection with the world of music
• The store must be written using Italian or English language

Requirements for the setting of photos:

• Uploaded photos should show the participant preferably with their own Levi’s® 501® jeans 
• The setting of the photos is at the discretion of the participant who can share a photo while wearing or showing Levi’s at a festival, a concert, a party, a memorable moment or a happy moment part of everyday life
• Minor subjects may NOT be taken in photographs

Each user who will send his own work (story and photos) is responsible for the content and nature of the same, declares to assign all rights to the Promoter company.

All works that do not meet the requirements of this Regulations, results contrary to morality, vulgar and offensive or potentially violating copyright or other rights of third parties or that were considered "doubtful" at the sole discretion of the promoter and/ or its delegated company will not be accepted and therefore the user who sent the written will lose the right to participation and/ or to obtain the prize.

If after the final assignments of the winners, in the presence of a notary or an official in charge of the protection of the public faith, the promoter and/or delegated company receive well-founded reports that a document violates in any way or measure a right of third parties, this will be immediately excluded from the competition.

The participant, by uploading the story and the photograph/s, declares to have all the rights, assumes full responsibility for the content, lawfulness, nature, quality and truthfulness by relieving the promoter company of the burden of investigation and/or control in this regard and of any request made by third parties in relation to the ownership of copyright and the violation of the rights of the persons represented and any other right related to the processed sent. The promoter declines from now on any responsibility in this regard and participant agrees to hold the promoter/delegated company harmless against and third-party claims in that regard.

The participant declares to be the sole guarantor and to have the exclusive property of the written submitted for participation in the competition; to be the full owner of the copyright and also guarantees that the property and copyright they are not encumbered by any act limiting their effectiveness, such as transfers, licences, and which, in the case of material commissioned for private and domestic use. It is also aware that false statements constitute an offence punishable by law. The promoter declines from now on any responsibility in this regard.

Disclaimer

By entering the competition participants:

• declare that the submitted document does not cite or reproduce written representations, trademarks, logos or other distinguishing marks of companies or products other than those of the Promoter (in particular its competitors) and does not constitute a form of advertising to any commercial activity.
• Levi’s will be able to use the images of the winners to advertise this competition on its global social media platforms, Levi’s App, Levi.com and any other global channel controlled by Levi’s. To this end, the promoter will formalize with specific consent the use of images and/or photographs to be published with each of the winners.

Requirements applicable to photos:

• Photographs must meet the following requirements:
• MUST be in the format .jpeg or .png and a maximum size of 5 MB
• MUST be original, truthful, creative, not downloaded from the Internet. Otherwise, it will be excluded from participation
• MUST be a unique photo and not composed of a collage of photographs and not modified with photo editing programs
• MUST NOT portray minors (even if you own the parental authority)
• It must NOT contain personal data of its own or of third parties, which make identifiable the author of the shot or the subjects represented therein or third parties;
• MUST NOT in any way contain personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person, as well as judicial data
• MUST NOT be contrary to morality, vulgar and offensive or in violation of any rule of law
• Must NOT contain activities that encourage the use of drugs, alcohol or prohibited substances
• MUST NOT have content that supports political programs, regardless of party, by way of example but not exhaustive, referring to political parties, political message or demonstrations
• It shall NOT have any content which encourages the use of firearms, objects which may be considered weapons of any kind
• MUST NOT have content that refers to violent behaviour, that involves excessive or antisocial risks (public disorder, incitement to suicide, etc. for example)
• MUST NOT have any objectionable or offensive or sexual content
• MUST NOT contain blasphemous or religious texts that may incite religious hatred
• MUST NOT have content the purpose of which is to harass, frighten, embarrass individuals or groups of individuals
• MUST NOT contain parts of texts/drawings/writings by third parties or other materials covered by the copyright of third parties (by way of example and not limited to, parts of novels, quotations, famous phrases, portraits of works of art, photographs, etc.)
• It must NOT bear any trademarks, logos or names of commercial products or other distinctive signs of companies or products other than those of the Promoter (in particular of its competitors)
• MUST NOT constitute a form of advertising to any commercial and/or promotional activity other than the Promoter
• MUST NOT have a negative impact on the Promoter’s public image or other Promoter’s brands

It must not contain works made by third parties or other materials covered by the copyright of third

Election by jury of the N. 2 winning candidatures:

All the works uploaded on the site, approved, that meet the requirements of this regulation, will be subjected to the scrutiny of a jury that, by 15/12/2023, will decree, at its sole discretion, n. 2 winners and a list of n. 10 reserves.

The jury will be made up of 4 members from Levi’s, and will evaluate each one based on the following criteria:

• Quality of photography and good communication impact
• Originality
• Relevance and consistency of the content with respect to brand values, also with reference to the preferable presence of the image of the participant with their own jeans
• Content in line with the criteria required for the setting of the photos and the content of the story

The awarding of prizes by jury will take place in the presence of a notary or an official in charge of the protection of the public faith and the same may also take place in videoconference.

If, after the awarding of prizes, the winning works do not meet the requirements of the regulations, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and the same will be awarded to the selected reserves.

Since the registration to the Levi’s Red Tab Member Program is an essential condition to participate to the selection by jury, the promoter, before the scheduled date for the identification of winners and reserves, will proceed to carry out the due checks through the e-mail addresses used by the users for the participation that must correspond to those present in the database of Levi’s Red Tab Member Program.

Within 10 days from the determination of the winners, the selected winners will be informed by e-mail at the address, indicated during the participation, with a notice containing the instructions to validate the win (see "How to validate your win").

How to validate your win

To validate the win, winners have to send by e-mail to contestit@ambassadordayslevis2023.com, within 5 days from the announcement of the win (the date of sending the win notice will be deemed valid):

Your personal data (name, surname, telephone, e-mail - address of residence for the award)

• Front and back copy of valid ID  
• Signed declaration provided by the delegated company in which it is certified to have the requirements explained by regulation

Participants who refuse to subscribe to the documentation that the delegated company will submit to the winner, will automatically be excluded, and will lose the right to obtain the prize.

Please note that the validation of the win can be confirmed only after receipt of the required documents, that must be sent within the deadlines set and that in the event of a mismatch between the data entered at the time of participation with data sent for the validation of the win, the win cannot be confirmed.

E-mails sent at different times and/or in different or incomplete ways of the requested documents will not be considered valid and the winner will lose the right to obtain the prize.

If a winner should not send within the time set what required, has been unavailable, had not complied with the rules of the regulation, and/or if the data entered at the time of participation does not correspond to the documents required for the validation of participation, the user will lose the right to the prize.

In the event that, at the end of the event there are prizes not awarded, not claimed or not validated, they will be donated to the non-profit organization indicated in this regulation.

By participating in this event, users agree that the promoter may carry out checks to ensure the proper conduct of the initiative and the absence of conduct of the participants in violation of the provisions of this regulation.

If a Participant breaches the terms of this Regulation, they will automatically be excluded from the initiative.

The Promoter reserves the right to prevent participation or cancel the win to all profiles that will not participate in good faith (use of software or automated gaming systems etc.).

Participants who, according to the judgement of the Promoter and/or the delegated entity, are winners with means and tools able to avoid the uncertainty, or otherwise judged in a suspicious, fraudulent or in violation of the normal course of the initiative, will not enjoy the prize won in this way. The Promoter and/or the delegate reserve the right to proceed, in the terms deemed most appropriate, and in compliance with the laws in force, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at bypassing the system devised.

Participants are prohibited from carrying out any fraudulent or illegal activity related to the initiative. All attempts to fraudulently use the material used for the purposes of promotion, management and proper execution of the competition including, but not limited to, the website and POP materials represent criminal offences and can therefore be traced back to legal proceedings.

Promoter and/ or delegated company are not responsible for emails/ messages/ envelopes not received, deleted from mail programs and/ or finished in the user’s junk mail or received late due to server errors or postal errors. The Promoter and the delegated company do not assume any responsibility in relation to the user for whom the mailbox is full, the email indicated at the time of communication of the method of validation win is incorrect or incomplete, there is no reply from the host recipient after sending the email, the mailbox is disabled, the email indicated is inserted in a black-list.

All operations will take place in compliance with current legislation.

User registrations:

The company providing the user registration software has issued statements in lieu of a known act in respect of:

▪ Taking appropriate measures to prevent outside intervention

▪ Adoption of security measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the protection of the public faith

▪ Allocation of the server, the web pages of the competition and the database of registration of entries on Italian territory

Amount of prizes up for grabs:

Estimated total value of each premium Euro 6,250.00 Excluding VAT where applicable.

The prize of competition has an estimated market value of Euro 12,500.00 VAT excl. for which a special security has been issued in favour of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy by means of a guarantee.

The market values of the prizes reported are to be understood at the current date and the value of the list of sale to the public.

Description of the awards:

Specific travel and stay in the 3 destinations Milan, Madrid and Paris lasting 02 days/01 night - departures from January 2024:

There are two prizes up for grabs: the two winners will get the title of Levi’s Ambassador for the SS24 season. As such, they will participate in 3 experiences organized by Levi’s.

For the two winners of the prize, Levi’s, will cover travel expenses to and from the destination, accommodation costs in the three cities with accommodation and breakfast. Each trip will last two days/one night.

Each winner will receive a total look Levi’s before the departure.

Services included for each travel:

• - Return travel in economy class from the nearest railway station/airport to the winner’s residence to the hotel with departure and arrival from the main Italian railway stations/airports
• - Train station/airport transfers - hotel and vice versa
• - overnight stays in Hotel cat.  4 stars or equivalent, in standard category room with bed and breakfast
• - Levi’s Exclusive experiences
• - Customer service center for travel information and on-site support

Services not included:

• - Procedures and associated costs for obtaining documents necessary for entry into the countries of destination to be managed by the winner
• - Medical and baggage insurance
• - Transfer from place of residence to railway station/airport of departure and vice versa paid by the winner
• -  All meals and drinks during the stay shall be borne by the winner
• -  All extras and anything not expressly stated shall be covered by the winner.

The rooms, the stay and the trip are organized according to availability and at the total discretion of the promoter: the winner will not have the opportunity to express preferences and/ or change on what already organized by the promoter.

The dates of the trips will be communicated to the winners at least 20 days in advance from the departure.

The promoter reserves the right to make changes to the travel program, which may be subject to changes in date and/or performance. In the event of any change/change of date, the promoter will inform the winner in good time of the exact date on which the trip will take place.

Winners must be provided with the necessary documents for travel, such as, but not limited to, valid identity document. The winner will be responsible for the regularity of all travel documents.

The trip may be used only and exclusively during the period indicated by the Promoter.

Please note that, the winner may not ask to advance or postpone the scheduled departure/return dates. The winner may not change, vary, replace or extend any element of the package (in whole or in part).

The date of travel may be subject to changes due to the impossibility occurred or for causes not attributable to the promoter. The promoter, in case of their own organizational needs or for reasons of force majeure that require a cancellation of the package, previously awarded, and confirmed, will offer the winners a prize of similar value to that already awarded with a new date.

Winners who do not have to use the prize within the established time limits (even for illness, serious reason or if they did not have the requirements indicated in the rules of the event to be able to enjoy the prize) or without proper travel documents for entry into the destination countries, they will not be entitled to any form of compensation, either in cash or in the form of other premiums. If the winner is unable or unwilling to take advantage of the prize, the winner shall be deemed to be refused and shall not be entitled to any amount of money or any other form of prize.

It is not allowed to add additional family members or guests during the trip.

The prize is nominative, the lack of use of the same does not give right to any convertibility. It is also known that the prize will be considered as completely awarded and the winner will have nothing more to expect from the sponsoring company:

• -  where the winner is not presented on the date of departure;
• -  where the winner uses only certain components of the prize;
• -  in the absence of requirements and/or documents valid for entry into the countries of destination and in all the cases set out above.

The Promoter and the delegated company shall not be responsible for any accident or incident that may occur during the trip.

The Promoter and the delegated company are not responsible for any travel insurance or similar. Any other cost not stipulated on this Regulation will not be covered by the Promoter, nor by the delegated company.

The category of travel and overnights stay will be at the discretion of Promoter, the airline and the hotel management.

Levi’s® total look description.

Levi’s® total look outfit will be made by 3 pieces (1 top, 1 bottom, 1 footwear) at Promoter choice. The Promoter will ask sizes to winners.

The delegated company will deliver the prize to the winner at the address provided by the winners at the time of validation, as a maximum deadline within 180 days (6 months) from the end of the event.

The delegated company assumes no responsibility in the event of failure to contact the winner or failure to deliver the award notice and/or prize, due to the indication by the winners of incorrect or untruthful addresses and/or personal data.

If the data and the address issued by the winner were wrong and there was, by the delegated company, the inability to deliver the prize, the winner will lose the right to use the prize.

The winner who could not or would not use the prize will not be entitled to any amount of money.

The prize cannot be converted into money or gold coins.

The winner, once the prize has accrued, may not in any way claim that the prize indicated and represented originally on the advertising material submitted to him beforehand, is equally delivered in the form if this will not be, at the time of the request, available due to an impossibility that has occurred or for a reason not attributable to the promoter. He will therefore be paid a prize of the same nature for the same value.

Participation to this competition implies for the participant the unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in this regulation without limitation. Participation to this competition is free except that the modalities of participation expressed in this Regulation are respected.

The unsolicited or unallocated prizes, other than those refused, will be refounded in another competition.

Levi.com, social channels of the brand, paid social, CRM, in-store communication in Levi’s Stores.

The advertising messages that will communicate the competition to the recipients of the same will be consistent with this regulation and the sponsoring company reserves the right to use other means of communication suitable to bring the content of this event to the attention of recipients of the same.

Information for the processing of personal data of participants in the competition "Ambassador days Levi’s 2023"

Levi’s and the Delegated Company will use the personal data provided by the participants in the Competition exclusively for the purposes of managing the Competition and selecting the winners. Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes of the Competition. Such personal data will not be used for marketing purposes. Personal data will always be kept confidential and will be kept in accordance with current data protection regulations.
