The competition starts on 31 March 2026 at 00:01AM and ends on 3 May 2026 at 11:59PM.

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the promoter and associated partners and of the participating stores, their immediate families, their associated companies, their agents and anyone associated with the competition either directly or indirectly.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry into this competition.

The competition is open to residents of Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland and Ireland.

The number of eligible opportunities to sign up shall be one time per consumer. Any further account registrations will not be taken into consideration.

Participants must enter the competition through Levi’s® Red Tab™ online (Levi.com/ Levi's® App). Participants must correctly answer one question to enter the competition.

By entering the competition, the participants confirm that all entry details submitted are true, accurate and complete.

The promoter is not liable for any incident or accident which may occur to the winner during the trip.

• The prize:  Win 2 tickets (for you and a guest) to Primavera Sound Festival Barcelona. In addition to the tickets, the prize includes a digital voucher to shop your favourite Levi’s® items:
• Day of arrival: 4 June 2026
• Day of departure: 7 June 2026
• Levi's® voucher: £250/€250/1210 PLN/2,148 DKK per person (digital shopping voucher). 6,975 CZK (in-store shopping money).Czech Republiconly: The winner can share their favourite Levi's® store to shop the festival look.
• The prize also covers travel and transport expenses.
• Travel/ flight: Home country (one of the eligible country as mentioned under the conditions of entry) to Barcelona Airport - Barcelona Airport to home country.
• Transport/ taxi: Barcelona Airport to hotel - hotel to Barcelona Airport.
• Each winner will get €150 credit for dinner on the first night
• Any expense not listed here are not included in the prize.
• The winner and their guests must be 18 years or older.
• Winners must reply via email to the notification email by accepting the price within a maximum period of 24 hours, as of the date they receive the Notification email. If winners do not respond within that timeframe, Levi’s® reserves the right to assign the prize to a different person and the winner who has not responded within such timeframe shall have no claim towards Levi’s® or right over the prize. Winners must reply directly to the same email address, if they email customer service they do so at their own risk as they must respond to the initial email in order to claim the prize. 

• The winners will be selected by a draw and will be notified via Email by 8 May 2026. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner, however, if the winner cannot be contacted the promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to the runner up.  

• The winners will be notified via email to their/his/her private email address provided during the registration phase (“Notification email”). Participants who are not winners will not be notified.
• No cash or alternatives are available.  The promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
• By entering, participants agree that their email address may be shared with Søster Agency for the purpose of administering the prize draw. The winner will be contacted by Søster Agency via the email address provided with details on how to claim the prize, and Søster Agency will liaise directly with the winner to arrange all travel-related aspects of the prize.

The promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

If due to circumstances outside the promoter's control, if it is necessary to suspend, amend, or cancel the competition, the promoter reserves the right to do so and will inform participants by putting up a notice on levi.com or the Levi’s® app.  

In the event of fraud, abuse, and/ or an error affecting the proper operation of the event, the promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the event; amend the Terms and Conditions; and declare void the notification of the ticketholder(s).

No liability is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, requests or other documents related to the competition that are incorrectly completed, are lost, damaged or delayed for any reason whatsoever. The promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the sites or to participate in the competition, or if their entry is lost, due to any error, problem, technical or otherwise connected with the web connection.

The participants agree not to use any "deep-link", "robot", or other automatic or manual device, software, program, code, algorithm or methodology, to access, modify, copy or monitor any portion of the Site, or in any way reproduce, change or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, or information through any means not purposely made available by the promoter through the Site. The promoter reserves the right to take measures to prevent any such activity and to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant has engaged in any such practices.

The promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the event and for no other purpose. Your personal details will always be kept confidential. Any personal information received from any participant will only be used for administering the competition as set out in these Terms and Conditions and will not be sold or provided to third parties. Participants have a right of access to any computer files containing any of their personal data and a right to have such data corrected or deleted.

The competition will be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any claims and/or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom without prejudice to any right of any participant to bring or defend a claim in the jurisdiction in which (s)he resides.
