Maglietta macchiata

Buongiorno, per precisione valuto l' esperienza con 0 stelle, in quanto la maglietta è arrivata con ben due macchie di olio. Sicuramente la colpa è da addebitare al corriere perchè il pacco (involucro esterno-busta di carta) era tutta macchiata di olio. Però è anche vero che la maglietta non era custodita con una busta di plastica che certamente l'avrebbe protetta dal danno. Quindi consiglio alla Levi's di inviare gli indumenti avvolti in buste di plastica all'interno del plico di carta. Ho provveduto a fare il reso in data 27.11.2024 ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso
