1 Nummer größer in der Bundweite und vorsichtshalber eine Länge (34 statt 32) größer, so passen sie relativ gut und werden nach der ersten Wäsche die richtige Länge haben.

This is the classic 501 cut that does verge on the slim side (especially on the thighs) so you must size up 2 or 3 sizes if you buy the raw denim version. Once you've worn these for a month or two they'll fit perfectly.

LVC 501 1947. Made in Japan. Great craftsmanship just as it was when 501's where made in USA.

I’ve owned over a dozen pairs of 501 shrink-to-fit jeans (regular and selvedge) these will definitely feel much more snug at first. They were actually very difficult to button. I wore them in the tub the old school way, and they were very tight and stiff upon drying. However, even after walking maybe 10 miles or so in them, they have significantly softened and loosened up, and the fit is perfect. You will notice the quality of these immediately. The denim is soft and dense but also has its own unique look. I would recommend them to anyone that has experience with shrink-to-fit jeans, especially because they’re expensive and getting them to fit perfect is really what elevates them. Very nice. Slightly lighter weight (12oz). A little small in the waist. I'd tell you to size up 1 inch or so.

Happy with purchase of jeans, good denim quality. Sized up as recommended by others (+1 waist, +2 length), did hot wash, and sizing was perfect afterwards.

Perfect jeans in every way. The fit is classic Levis. Excellent quality.

Managed to pick up a pair of rigid LVC 1947 501s, and couldn’t be more impressed with the fit and quality. Did an initial ~45 minute tub soak and the jeans shrunk as expected. I can only imagine these will get better with age and with another soak in a few weeks/months. I opted for 1 size up in the waist and 2 in length, and they turned out perfect for me.
