I bought this shirt online but unfortunately it was smaller than what I expected, I went to store to return it, however the store didn't accept to return it despite the fact that it has been mentioned on Levi's website that this store accept online return. I wanted to exchange it with another shirt but the refused that as well. I went to another store, they accepted the return and gave me a gift card which turns out that can only be redeemed from store. Isaid no problem and I went back to first store to get the shirt I liked there, then this first store said that gift card not working and adviced me to go back to the other store to get my money and they can't help with that. This could be simply solved by a simple exchang instead of all that back and forth. Right now I have an invalid gift card and waiting for customer service to initiate a refund, not sure when!!
