Wow, these 501 selvedge jeans looked great online but they are even better in person! The denim is easy to wear from the packet, it doesn't need breaking in...the selvedge line just adds that bit of luxury too...thank you Levis, these are my new "go-to" jeans for winter! 😊

Hier ist eine ausformulierte, mehrzeilige Bewertung deiner Levi’s 501 auf Basis deiner Stichpunkte:
Die Levi’s 501 überzeugt mich durch eine sehr hohe Verarbeitungsqualität. Der Denim fühlt sich wertig an, ist von Haus aus eher schwer und stabil, was der Jeans eine langlebige, robuste Haptik verleiht.
Besonders gut gefällt mir die Waschung: Sie wirkt natürlich, nicht übertrieben künstlich und passt perfekt zum klassischen 501-Charakter. Dadurch entsteht ein authentischer Look, der sowohl casual als auch etwas dressierter funktioniert.
Der Sitz ist bequem und trotzdem typisch 501: gerade geschnitten, mit etwas Raum im Bein und einer klaren, aufrechten Silhouette. Genau so, wie man es von einer echten 501 erwartet – zeitlos, vielseitig und alltagstauglich.
Fazit: Eine klassische, hochwertige 501 mit toller Waschung, robustem Stoff und dem gewohnt bequemen, ikonischen Schnitt. Wer eine langlebige Basic-Jeans sucht, liegt hier richtig.

‘Bounty Hunter’ is a great looking wash.
Having owned only Levi’s non-selvage, no-stretch Original 501s, this selvage denim felt to be a little lighter weight. Also, I found my normal waist size was too tight for me to think I could loosen the pair up by wearing them; a problem I solved by sizing-up then letting the dryer shrink them into be my go-to summer pair.

Nice jeans, good colour. Shame shorter leg length not available, (29"). Had to get them altered. Zip fly would be nice instead of buttons. (pain). Good cut, look smart.
