I love this shirt so much! Perfect for NYC summer. I can dress up or dress down. Material is breathable. Doesn’t get stain too easily. Size is accurate but a bit on the oversized- which I really like!

The shirt is well constructed yet out of the box the texture is a little firm. After a wash it was much softer and more comfortable. The sizing was perfect for a good fit the colors are great and it can be worn in any setting from working all day to spending a day on the boat.

Love this boyfriend shirt. It's lightweight so will be wearable in all seasons. Sleeves straight or rolled, it looks great. Buttons opened or buttoned both equally awesome. It feels so soft and not stiff, as you would expect from a denim shirt. I love it.

I love this type of cute and casual button down shirt. This pastel purple and blue (wisteria) color is so perfect. The material feels lightweight, but substantial, not cheap. It hangs loosely on the body and provides some air circulation while you’re moving. I wore this shirt to the movies, and it was pretty wrinkly by the end of the day, but that’s okay. I’m 5’9” tall, and the small fit me well. I’ll be honest, the $70 price tag feels a bit much for such a simple shirt, but I do love it. I’d just wait for it to go on sale if I were purchasing it!!

I purchased this shirt in my usual size, XL. I was originally looking for a white chambray shirt to wear open over a tank top, but I couldn't find one in a price I was willing to pay. This looked like a good compromise. One thing to be aware of is that this shirt is made of a crisp fabric. The description calls it poplin. My first impulse is to call it crisp percale, much like a percale sheet. The shirt makes slight crackly noises when I move my arms. I don't mind this, but you might. If you read reviews of percale sheets, you'll realize that some people love percale for its ability to stand away from the body, allowing airflow. Other people dislike percale; they want soft. The description and the sewn-in label call the cut of the shirt relaxed; personally, I would call it oversized, which is fine for what I want it for. The sleeve seam has a drop of 2.5" from the shoulder on me, but might be less for you if you carry a lot of weight in the upper body. The measurement from bottom-of-armpit-to-armpit for the XL is 26". I had plenty of room for shrinkage, so I washed my shirt in hot water and machine dried it. Here are some before-and-after-washing-and-drying measurements: Sleeve, from seam to edge of cuff, 22" before and 21-1/2" after. (Keep in mind the shoulder drop.) Back length, from collar band to hem, 29-1/2" before, 28-3/4" after. So, there is slight shrinkage. I'm 5' 2" tall, so there's plenty of length for me. Other measurements for the XL: The front length is 1 inch shorter than the back. Shoulder-to-shoulder at sleeve seam, straight across the back, 23". Neck opening, 19". There was some wrinkling after laundering, especially the rolled hem at the bottom. It's cotton, after all. Best practice is to not stuff the dryer too full, and to remove the shirt right after the dryer stops.
