I don’t normally post public reviews regarding customer service but i’ve been dealing with their customer service for almost 5 months now. i’ve been back and forth, calling, chatting, and trying everything to get my refund back to me. I’ve returned the items through mail and the warehouse have confirmed they received it since January. I’ve raised my concern about the refunds since end of January/beginning of February. Customer support ignored me for the first few times I called. They even said, they’ll transfer to a department, but they put me on hold and hanged up on me. When I get a hold of someone, I requested an email confirmation of said refunds and the chat history, never got a single email while they promised they would email and reach out to me. I have called to check in on my issue, even providing a support ticket. But I was always told to wait for a few more business days. I give the maximum business days they promise me before I check in again. I wasn’t calling every day to annoy them. They keep telling me they will prioritize my issue but they never did. They never reached out with an email and I checked all of my bank transactions all the way since January to make sure I did not miss it, but there was zero transactions of a credited refund from Levi’s. Not one. It’s not fair and right to keep chasing almost $150 of refund when I did everything on my part. I returned the items and provided everything they needed. It has been extremely frustrating and absolutely ridiculous to wait this long for a refund when it was so easy for them to charge you for an order. This order was originally placed on December 2025. I requested a return on January 2026 and mailed the items on the same month. I have given them plenty of time to handle this situation. I GET THE SAME EXCUSE AND HALF HEARTED SORRY AND APOLOGY EVERY SINGLE TIME WITH NO PROPER ACTION.
